At Victory-City, we express ourselves through our core values.

These values impact at every level of our activities shaping our culture, model, the way we operate as a Church and interact with people and the community. We have seven Biblical core values which give us the impetus to fulfil both our Vision and Mission.

These are:-

1. Commitment

By commitment, we mean pursuing all that we do with diligence and aiming at excellence. So we demonstrate an ardent and uncompromising commitment: (a) To our walk with God; (b) To our relationship with people in the church and our community (c) Toward our responsibilities - at home; within the church ministry; and in the secular sector.

2. Respect (for People)

The principal focus of Victory-City is people, for we understand and accept that people are our greatest and precious assets. We appreciate that people in all their diversities are each created by God, so we Value, Celebrate and Care about everyone equally, irrespective of their social, racial, cultural and national diversities. We place high value on everyone’s presence and their contributions.

3. Forgiveness

We promote and practice, love, trust, openness, kindness and caring in all forms to demonstrate our forgiving spirit as prescribed by Our Lord Jesus Christ in Luke 17:3; Mathew 5:23 & Colossians 3:12-14.

4. Positive Attitude

We believe absolutely in Jesus’ statement that "Everything is possible for him who believes." (Mark 9:23). We therefore demonstrate positive attitude toward all that we do – knowing that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. We also believe that everyone at Victory-City can make positive impact. So we are positive about life, the future and about everyone. We make it our active practice to motivate others toward discovery, development and deployment of their gifts and abilities within and outside the church. We make resources within our reach available for others to use for their development. At Victory-City, we draw people closer to whatever is good, supportive and valuable for achievement.

5. Diligence

As Champions, we encourage creative thinking and taking responsibilities, through the empowerment and guidance of the Holy Spirit; seeking to discover and pioneer new activities. We seek to develop fresh perspectives in expressing our God-ordained talents and gifts for the benefit of mankind and the society at large.

6. Training

We understand that we are all learning and so embrace training and development as key ingredients in our activities. We recognize that through training, we discover, develop and efficiently deploy our God-given talents and gifts to produce the desired results in all fields of life. Through training, Champions are raised, great achievements are accomplished and the Banner of Victory always flies high in the sky. Therefore, training in all forms is strongly interwoven into the fabric of Victory-City.

7. Teamwork

At Victory-City, we see every person as having unique God-given gifts and abilities to make a positive contribution toward the success and prosperity of our fellowship. We therefore give opportunities to all and encourage mass participation from all members to use their unique abilities to their full potential. Together, we form a formidable team to pursue our goals with success.
