Pastor Nana is the Senior Minister of Victory-City, a church which he co-planted with his wife. His everyday goal in life is to see Jesus Christ transforming lives.

Pastor Nana shepherds the Church with a fatherly and a true caring heart for the holistic growth of his congregation. He believes that God has deposited a massive bank of potentials within everyone for becoming a champion and making positive impact in life. He therefore combines his teaching and pastoral callings to teach, mentor and equip his audience with practical Biblical values and principles of Jesus Christ to enable them discover the potentials inside them for excellence and achievements. He is also keen in teaching, motivating and leading them toward a closer walk with God. He is heavily involved in various training programmes to equip his congregation/students for a productive life in Christ. He combines his in-depth spiritual insight with simplicity and vibrancy to communicate the Word of God in a contemporary fashion that makes his teaching simple to understand and effective to impact lives.

Pastor Evelyn is an Associate Minister of Victory-City. She is a gifted preacher with the manifestation of revelational gifts through her ministry.

She is passionate about seeing people: come to know God in close relationship; developed in their spiritual lives and equipped to be instrumental in God’s ministry. Her multi-facet ministry inlcudes: intercessory prayer, counselling, mentoring and pastoral care. Her profound love for nurturing people to be fruitful in the Lord Jesus Christ motivates her to go any extent to support and care for her congregation in their Christian life journey. She co-ordinates the Women's Ministry of the Church and she is also the Leader of ‘Victory Women Conference’. Pastor Evelyn is the wife of the senior Pastor and together, the couple have one child called: Nana Kyei- Baffour Jnr.

Like her husband, Pastor Evelyn’s one and only aim in life is to see Jesus Christ highly exalted in all spheres of life and saving souls.
